Terms and Conditions of Service for Supreme Rides

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the taxi services provided by Supreme Rides LTD. By booking a ride with Supreme Rides, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Supreme Rides LTD regarding the use of our taxi services.

2. Booking a Ride

2.1 You can book a ride with Supreme Rides LTD through our website, telephone, messaging or by contacting our customer service.

2.2 When booking a ride, you must provide accurate information including your pick-up location, drop-off location, and any other relevant details.

2.3 Supreme Rides LTD reserves the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

3. Fare and Payment

3.1 The fare for your ride will be calculated based on factors including distance, time, point to point pricing and any additional services requested.

3.2 Payment for your ride can be made via cash or through the payment methods accepted by Supreme Rides LTD.

3.3 All fares and charges are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellations

4.1 You may cancel your ride booking with Supreme Rides LTD at any time before the 24hours of your ride to receive a full refund. However, cancellation fees will apply (the amount paid) If cancelled 24hours or less before your ride or no show.

4.2 Supreme Rides LTD reserves the right to cancel any booking at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where the safety of our drivers or passengers may be compromised.

5. Conduct of Passengers

5.1 Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers.

5.2 Passengers must not engage in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior while using our services.

5.3 Supreme Rides LTD reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who violates these conduct rules.

6. Liability

6.1 Supreme Rides shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, weather conditions, or road closures.

6.2 Supreme Rides shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in the taxi by passengers.

7. Amendments to Terms

7.1 Supreme Rides ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or mobile application.

7.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure that you are aware of any changes.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

8.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
